You must have telepathy because I have been meaning to send you a note of thanks in between mailing out 3,000 invitations for our East West event. Thanks again for your consummate professionalism and yet informal, chatty style that put so many of our hospital staff at ease despite the nervousness of being interviewed. You are a true pro – as you say, in a “good way!”, ha…  I have told everyone I could, including our corporate folks, how much of a delight you all were to work with.
